The Engineering Manager will be responsible for process improvement within the Engineering department that aligns development of team of Engineers and Microvellum Engineers, but also improves the operational performance of complex Engineering processes that will help to improve internal technical processes and help to scale the growth of the Company.

Buyer (Doors)
This position is responsible to purchase materials per established procedures for production of wood cabinet and doors.
Safety Assistant
This position performs the day-to-day functions of the Safety department in support of the Human Resources Department.
Finance Business Analyst (Accounting)
This person will work closely with operations, sales and the executive team. Working with the CFO the Business Analyst will help develop KPIs, dashboards, and analysis, perform ad hoc analysis, and will support the forecast and budgeting needs of the company.
Accounting Tax Assistant
This position performs an administrative and operational role that focuses on supporting sales tax and WA B&O tax reporting, coordinating company fleet maintenance and repair, and state licenses and registration.

Safety Coordinator
The Safety Coordinator reports to the Safety Manager. This position performs the day-to-day functions of the Safety department, general office, as well as the Human Resources Department. This position must protect company proprietary information and maintain discretion for confidential employee information.

Project Manager
The Project Manager is the main point of contact for projects for both internal and external customers.
Contract Coordinator
This position is responsible to oversee the cycle of contract paperwork with customers, subcontractors, and maintenance to include review of licenses, lien waivers/releases, payments, and bond maintenance.
Custom Detail Assistant
This position is responsible for executing the support needed by the department to ensure successful communication within that department and throughout the cabinet shop. This position effectively communicates with all departments to ensure information is accounted for and provided to meet custom production schedule, customer schedules and requirements.
Shipping Helper
This position is responsible to assist in loading product in shipping and unloading product at job sites.
Driver – CDL
This position is responsible for delivery to job sites Responsible for transporting cabinets and doors to job sites using different kinds of trucks, including heavy or tractor-trailer trucks. Operates trucks with a capacity of at least 26,001 pounds per gross vehicle weight over a variety of distances. Once at the job site, the driver is responsible to ensure the product is unloaded safely and without damage.
Machine Operator
This position is responsible to operate machines in the production of cabinets or doors and millwork from raw materials.
Assembler
This position assembles finished products and the parts that go into them. They use tools, machines, and their hands to put together cabinet and drawer pieces and more. Team assemblers work on an assembly line, but they rotate through different tasks, rather than specializing in a single task. The team may decide how the work is assigned and how different tasks are done. Some aspects of lean production, such as rotating tasks and seeking worker input on improving the assembly process, are common to all assembly and fabrication occupations.
