We are a leading single-family door and millwork company based in El Paso, Texas. With over 25 years of experience, we take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional service to production single-family home builders. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Senior Project Manager/Salesman Team Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As the Senior Project Manager/Salesman Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing projects, and ensuring seamless coordination between our company and production single-family home builders. You will be responsible for estimating, buying, and overseeing the door, frame, and millwork scope for various projects. Additionally, you will lead a team of professionals, ensuring their success and fostering a collaborative work environment.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with production single-family home builders, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
– Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth to achieve revenue targets.
– Prepare accurate project estimates, bids, and proposals based on client requirements and budget constraints.
– Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials.
– Coordinate project schedules, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed within established timelines and budgets.
– Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, installation, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
– Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle, implementing effective solutions promptly.
– Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and technology advancements to provide innovative solutions to clients.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in selling, buying, estimating, and managing door, frame, and millwork scope with production single-family home builders.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful projects in the construction industry.
– Strong leadership skills with previous experience in managing a team.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
– Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
– $60,000 – $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience (DOE).
