Quality Assurance Coordinator (Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR)

$24 – $26 Per Hour

We are seeking a QA Coordinator to join our team in the Portland/Vancouver metro area. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and services by confirming delivery, inventory, and installation at construction sites across the region. The role is primarily field-based, with regular travel to job sites in the Portland/Vancouver area and occasional travel to out-of-state projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES

Visit construction sites to inspect and walk installed products.
Confirm deliveries, inventory, and installation accuracy.
Document findings through detailed reports and provide data to the Quality Assurance team.
Communicate with construction personnel and internal teams to address any issues.
Support the QA team with project updates and site feedback.
Full-time position.
Based in the Portland/Vancouver metro area.
Regular travel to local construction sites.
Occasional travel to out-of-state projects may be required.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Background or experience in carpentry, construction, or manufacturing.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules.
Strong customer service mindset.
Naturally curious and eager to learn.

Walking, climbing, and inspecting job sites in all weather over uneven terrain.
Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Using hands to handle tools or safety gear.
Driving to various job locations throughout the week.
