Quality Assurance Coordinator (Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR)

$24 – $26 Per Hour

We are seeking a QA Coordinator to join our team in the Portland/Vancouver metro area. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and services by confirming delivery, inventory, and installation at construction sites across the region. The role is primarily field-based, with regular travel to job sites in the Portland/Vancouver area and occasional travel to out-of-state projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visit construction sites to inspect and walk installed products.
  • Confirm deliveries, inventory, and installation accuracy.
  • Document findings through detailed reports and provide data to the Quality Assurance team.
  • Communicate with construction personnel and internal teams to address any issues.
  • Support the QA team with project updates and site feedback.
  • Full-time position.
  • Based in the Portland/Vancouver metro area.
  • Regular travel to local construction sites.
  • Occasional travel to out-of-state projects may be required.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Background or experience in carpentry, construction, or manufacturing.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn.

  • Walking, climbing, and inspecting job sites in all weather over uneven terrain.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Using hands to handle tools or safety gear.
  • Driving to various job locations throughout the week.
