Frontier Door and Cabinet is experiencing tremendous growth, with high market potential, and is seeking a dynamic, Sr. Operations Manager to join our team!
-You will be part of a management team developing and implementing processes and products to sustain growth in the marketplace.
-You will lead, empower and motivate teams responsible for the operations of our high quality cabinet and doors, meeting the evolving needs of our customers.
-You will strategically plan and lead teams involved in major programs and critical technical initiatives.
-You will work effectively across geographical boundaries and act as a change agent.
-You will analyze the market for competitive intelligence information and develop new growth opportunities.
-Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
-5-10 years managing people
-5-10 years manufacturing experience
-5-10 years operations experience
Strong commercial understanding of profit targets, knowledge of quality performance standards, skill in examining and re-examining operations, ability to interpret operational needs, and an understanding of integrated program planning and development.
