Loading Dock Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures safety of team members on the dock
Manages the loading dock operations
Ensures coverage of shipping only (not receiving)
Training staff in policies and procedures
Managing work schedules
Answers inquiries from customers – internal and external
Ensures proper product is loaded on outgoing shipments
Ensures proper documentation of each load and delivery
Ensures proper procedures, documentation followed for internal transfers

Schedule

Weekdays – early AM Start
OT required
