$75,000-$90,000 per year
This person will work closely with operations, sales and the executive team. Working with the CFO the Business Analyst will help develop KPIs, dashboards, and analysis, perform ad hoc analysis, and will support the forecast and budgeting needs of the company. The Business Analyst also supports the month end close process by preparing the WIP calculation and provides support for the accounting team as needed.
-Responsible for enhancing and preparing the monthly WIP calculation as part of the month end close process
-Assist CFO by identifying and addressing operational, and financials risks to the company
-Assists CFO in reviewing economic trends, and market trends
-Develops and prepares various performance reports for labor, material utilization for operations
-Assists CFO with budget and forecast preparation for the company
-Supports operations with analysis of problems as needed
-Develops and prepares financial ratio analysis of operations, sales, and financials
-Looks for and presents data in a manner that supports management decision making
-Assists with the development of business plans for new geographic locations and new lines of business
-Provides needed analysis to support the approval of capital expenditures
-Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in operations, sales, and management
-Communicates ideas and viewpoints to senior management
-Prepares various month end reports for insurance companies, and bank as required
-Provides Power BI analytical support to sales and operations developing and maintaining meaningful KPIs and dashboards
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
-Proven experience as a Business/Financial analyst
