Sr. Help Desk Technician

($50-55/yr. DOE)

This position will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and will contribute to Frontier Door and Cabinet’s ultimate goal of delivering high-quality Technology solutions to our employees!


-Support & Manage Active Directory, Office 365 and other network services including DNS and DHCP
-SharePoint Administration
-Responsible for network device administration and maintenance (router, switches, firewalls)
-Administer and maintain group policies
-Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers
-Support storage and backup procedures including:
-Monitor daily backups and offsite storage
-Manage storage expansion
-Monitor and administer storage drive arrays
-Manage replication processes for high availability
-Manage network printers and copiers
-Support company VOIP and cellular phones
-Administration of antivirus software
-Maintain hardware and software updates for servers and workstations
-Assist in planning for infrastructure growth, design, and budgeting
-Manage Infrastructure Monitoring


-Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field
-3+ years’ experience as a Systems or Network Administrator


-Regular attendance.
-Good with math
-Able to read a tape measure.
-Knowledge of different types of machines and tools used in them.
-Ability to understand read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
-Awareness about safety issues and alertness to avoid any mishap.
