Site Supervisor (Kennewick,WA)

Pay: $24.00-30.00 Per Hour

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring smooth project execution and maintaining effective communication between team members, project managers, and clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day operations at the project site, ensuring progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, project managers, and clients.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor work progress, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Identify and address any on-site issues or conflicts, implementing effective solutions as needed.
  • Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly utilized.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to uphold company and industry standards.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation, including progress reports and safety records.
  • Uphold all safety regulations and enforce compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience or an applicable two-year degree in a related field.
  • Experience in construction, particularly with cabinets, doors, millwork, and countertops.
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in construction.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong knowledge of cabinetry, doors, millwork, and countertops.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • OSHA certification or knowledge of workplace safety regulations is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and well-spoken, capable of providing consistent support to the crew.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as experience coordinating subcontractors and on-site personnel.

  • Standing approximately 8-10 hours, 5 days a week, depending on business need. May be required to work 6 days/week depending on business need.
  • Use of hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, particularly reading that may be very fine print.
  • The employee will regularly be twisting, bending, squatting, pushing, and moving. The employee will frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT

The Safety Program and all established safety rules must be followed, and equipment used where required. This will include safety glasses, safety shoes, and hearing protection. This position will also require the use of gloves, dust masks, a respirator, a hard hat, safety vest, and personal fall arrest equipment.
