Sales Account Executive – Cabinets (Phoenix, AZ)

Pay: $80,000 – $120,000 Per Year

The Sales Account Executive – Cabinets is responsible for driving business development and growth initiatives for a European style cabinet manufacturer with a focus on laminate products. This role involves leveraging expertise to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve company objectives. The focus is on high-value corporate accounts and priority partners, identifying key influencers and stakeholders, and establishing new relationships within the field. In addition to building new relationships, the Sales Account Executive nurtures existing relationships to increase revenue from current accounts. Key duties include delivering sales pitches, proposals, and presentations, emphasizing solutions for customer challenges and pain points. The Sales Account Executive also recommends expanded services and enhances solutions to existing customers, thereby growing successful accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cabinet estimating and quoting for large scale projects. (25-1000 units)
  • Customer forward representative cultivating long term relationships.
  • Sales prospecting and making follow-up calls.
  • Multifamily residential focus in major Western and Southwestern US metro areas.
  • Must have strong service-oriented approach.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and life cycle.
  • Motivated self-starter who enjoys a collaborative environment with a solid team.
  • Maintain consistent and dependable attendance, recognizing that this role requires exceptional dedication to demanding hours and the flexibility to accommodate dynamic schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Relevant industry specific experience.
  • Experience may be substituted for academic knowledge with a minimum of 5+ years proven work experience in Project or Construction Management, preferably with cabinets.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Must be able to read construction plans and specifications.
  • Comfortable going out to job sites, unaccompanied. Reliable transportation required.
  • Strong background in specifically in Cabinets.
  • Excel experience is a requirement, Bluebeam is preferred. MS Office environment is core to company communication.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Read tape measure, basic math, including fractions.
  • Skilled, creative, and confident presenter and negotiator.
  • Computer literacy- Excel (intermediate), Word, email and internet.
  • Agility and Blue Beam experience is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of blueprints and architectural plans.
  • Knowledge of Project Management software and other Microsoft Office tools to track, monitor, and report job site progress, coordination, spend, job site activities, and other tasks as needed.
  • Ability to understand read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance. instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Task and detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Collaborates and influences appropriately.
  • Excellent written and professional verbal communication skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
